1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pinary RepaintChecker (the "Service"), operated by Resolve Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing the Chrome extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
Pinary RepaintChecker is a free Chrome browser extension that detects repaint patterns in publicly available Pine Script indicators on TradingView using static code analysis.
- All analysis is performed locally in your browser
- No data is sent to our servers
- Account registration is not required
- Email registration for updates is optional
This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView, Inc. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
4. Requirements
To use the Service, you need Google Chrome (Manifest V3 compatible) and installation from the Chrome Web Store.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
(a) Violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; (c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (d) Modify, redistribute, or use the Service for commercial purposes; (e) Provide the Service's analysis results to third parties as investment advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.
7. Analysis Results Disclaimer
Analysis results are based on static code analysis and do not guarantee runtime behavior of Pine Script indicators.
- Results are for informational purposes only and must not be used as the basis for investment decisions
- Not all repaint patterns may be detected
- We accept no liability for losses arising from investment decisions based on analysis results
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AS THE SERVICE IS FREE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, including in response to changes in Chrome Web Store policies or TradingView's platform.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your member state of residence. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection law.
Except as required by mandatory law (including for EU consumers above), all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Tokyo, Japan, as the court of first instance.
