Resolve Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pinary RepaintChecker Chrome extension and its associated web landing page (the "Service").

2. What the Service Does
Pinary RepaintChecker is a Chrome browser extension that detects repaint patterns in publicly available Pine Script indicators on TradingView. All analysis is performed locally in your browser. No code or analysis data is ever sent to our servers.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide (Optional)
- Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to updates on our landing page. This is not required to use the extension.
- Communications — if you contact us for support.
3.2 Information Processed Locally (Never Sent to Us)
The extension processes Pine Script source code and generates analysis results entirely within your browser. This data is stored temporarily using Chrome's chrome.storage.session API and is automatically deleted when the tab is closed.
3.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect names, addresses, payment information, location data, device identifiers, browsing history, or usage analytics. The extension does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

- To improve the Service
5. Third-Party Services
We use a third-party email delivery service provider (based in the United States) to deliver emails to subscribers. Your email address is shared with this provider solely for this purpose.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
- Email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Extension data: Automatically deleted when the browser tab is closed.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through our contact form. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
For users in the EEA/UK, you also have rights under the GDPR including data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security
The extension's local-only architecture means your Pine Script code and analysis results never leave your device. Web communications are encrypted using TLS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
